We are excited to announce that what was formerly known as RCIA (Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults) is now OCIA (Order of Christian Initiation of Adults), as directed by the USCCB. This change in terminology better reflects the sacred and structured journey of initiation into the Catholic Church, similar to other sacramental "orders" in the Church. While the name has changed, the purpose and content of the program remain the same, offering a pathway for adults to grow in faith and become full members of our Church community. This update aligns with the Church's ongoing efforts to deepen our understanding of the initiation process.
